Lateral Partner, Securities Litigation — Las Vegas

Established national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead securities enforcement and litigation work from its Las Vegas office. The role will focus on high-stakes securities matters, regulatory investigations, and complex civil litigation across public and private company contexts.

Successful candidates will join a trial-focused team handling cross-border and domestic securities disputes, working closely with senior litigators and regulatory counsel. The position offers client-facing responsibilities, case strategy leadership, and business development opportunities within the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in securities enforcement or securities litigation at partner level
• Strong courtroom and motion practice experience; experience with regulatory investigations preferred
