Lateral Partner, Healthcare — Nashville

Senior partner opportunity in a major healthcare practice based in Nashville. The role will sit within a broad healthcare and life sciences group advising hospitals, health systems, providers and life-science companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role in originating and managing client work, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-office teams on complex matters spanning commercial, regulatory and transactional issues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of business development and client origination in healthcare or life sciences
• Significant partner-level experience advising on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters in the healthcare sector
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
