Lateral Partner, Healthcare — Silicon Valley

Senior partner-level opportunity to join a national firm’s Healthcare practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role focuses on advising healthcare and life sciences companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team advises a mix of payors, providers and life sciences clients on matters ranging from commercial contracting and regulatory counseling to transactional work. The role combines client development, matter leadership and mentorship of junior lawyers.

• Significant experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.
• Proven client origination and relationship development skills.
• Track record of leading matters and mentoring teams; strong business development capability.
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
