Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Dallas

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established intellectual property practice in Dallas. The role combines client-facing work, team leadership and active business development across patent and IP litigation matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team advising U.S. and international clients on prosecution, enforcement and transactional IP work. The position offers an opportunity to shape strategy for the office and grow a mid-to-large IP platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in patent prosecution and/or IP litigation
• Proven track record of client development and practice leadership
• Admission to practice in Texas or ability to obtain admission promptly
