Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property — Houston

Leading national IP practice seeking a lateral partner to join and help build market share in Houston. The role is partner-level and client-facing, focused on advising corporate clients on intellectual property strategy and managing high-value matters across the lifecycle of IP work.

The successful candidate will join an established IP team, provide senior-level legal counsel to clients, mentor and lead associates, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

• Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property practice
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and winning new business
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex matters
• Admission to practice in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
