Partner, Intellectual Property — Morristown

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established intellectual property practice from the Morristown office. The role will focus on counseling clients across IP prosecution, counseling, and contentious matters, and on developing new business within the region and nationally.

The successful candidate will join a diverse, full-service platform and collaborate with transactional and litigation colleagues on cross-practice matters. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility and business-development expectations.
