Lateral Partner — Litigation — Morristown

Senior litigation partner opportunity in a recently opened Morristown office of a leading U.S. law firm. The role will focus on commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts and involve courtroom advocacy, case strategy and client relationship leadership.

The firm is seeking a partner to help grow and lead the local litigation practice, mentor junior lawyers, and develop new business from existing relationships. This role offers significant autonomy to build a regional practice and work on high‑stakes commercial disputes.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established commercial litigation practice with substantial trial and motion experience
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to waive/obtain admission
