Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation — New Jersey

Senior IP partner role to lead and grow a New Jersey-based intellectual property practice with a balanced focus on prosecution, licensing and contentious matters. The position will handle complex patent enforcement and defense, including Hatch-Waxman matters and trade-remedy investigations.

The team advises clients across technologies and industries on patent strategy, licensing negotiations and high-stakes litigation, including actions before the ITC (Section 337) and district courts. The role requires practicing at partner level with responsibility for client relationships and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation
• Proven track record with Hatch-Waxman litigation and ITC Section 337 investigations
• Demonstrated client origination and business development capabilities
• Admission to the New Jersey bar or eligibility to practice in the state
