Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Philadelphia

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established IP litigation and prosecution team in Philadelphia. The role will combine leadership of patent prosecution and licensing matters with an active patent litigation practice, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigation and ITC Section 337 investigations.

The successful candidate will help drive client development, lead complex matter strategy, and mentor junior lawyers while collaborating with cross-office litigation and transactional teams. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice within a highly regarded firm environment.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation and licensing (including Hatch-Waxman/ANDA matters)
• Experience with ITC Section 337 investigations a strong plus
• Proven client-development record and ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates
