Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation — Sacramento

Experienced IP partner sought to join a busy intellectual property and litigation team in Sacramento. The role will focus on managing patent prosecution and patent litigation matters, leading client relationships, and developing the regional IP practice.

The incoming partner will supervise associates, collaborate with cross-practice content experts, and take ownership of client-facing work streams from strategy through trial or dispute resolution. This is an opportunity to shape a growing local practice within a national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
