Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Salt Lake City

Opportunity for a lateral partner to lead and grow an intellectual property practice in the Salt Lake City office. The role combines patent prosecution, licensing, and patent litigation work, including complex life‑sciences and technology matters.

The partner will supervise case strategy, manage trial and administrative proceedings, and develop client relationships across Hatch‑Waxman AND ITC Section 337 investigations and related patent enforcement work. Strong business development and team leadership responsibilities are expected.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Experience with Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC (Section 337) matters
• Proven client development and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
