Top-tier international law firm is seeking a partner to join its San Francisco office to lead complex patent litigation matters and contribute to cross-practice finance-related work. The role involves managing high-stakes patent disputes, mentoring associates, and working with transactional colleagues on matters that intersect with finance and structured transactions.

The successful candidate will join a busy, market-facing practice with opportunities to expand client relationships and originate new matters. This is a lead role with significant client contact and team management responsibilities.

• Established track record in patent litigation and courtroom experience
