Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Senior partner opportunity in a busy Silicon Valley IP litigation practice. The role focuses on leading patent litigation matters, managing teams of litigators and technologists, and maintaining high-level client relationships across technology and life-sciences disputes.

We are seeking a partner who will drive business development, mentor associates, and help shape litigation strategy from initial pleadings through trial and appeal. The position is based in the East Palo Alto office and will involve frequent engagement with in-house counsel and expert witnesses.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive patent litigation experience, including trial and appellate work
• Proven record of client origination and business development in technology sectors
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities; able to mentor junior lawyers
