Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to grow and lead its Intellectual Property and Litigation capabilities. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation while supporting broader corporate matters and cross-practice opportunities.

The team values partners with established client relationships, a proven track record of high-value IP litigation, and the ability to originate and develop work across technology and corporate clients. The office offers collaboration with several U.S. hubs and flexibility for candidates with portable practices interested in regional or multi-office leadership.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in patent and IP litigation and commercial litigation matters
Strong business development skills and history of originating and growing client relationships
Experience leading teams and managing complex, high-value matters across IP and corporate issues
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in federal courts
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
