Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property (Patents) — Charlotte

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a patent-focused IP practice in the Charlotte office. The role combines client-facing business development with hands-on work across patent prosecution and patent litigation matters.

The successful candidate will join a national team of IP lawyers, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and help grow regional client relationships. The position offers a chance to build practice presence locally while collaborating on larger, multi-office matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice (bar admission, technical degree or equivalent experience preferred)
