Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Technology — Dallas

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas IP & technology practice. The role will focus on matters at the intersection of intellectual property, telecommunications and life‑sciences technology, working with in‑house teams and external clients on high‑value transactional and counseling matters.

The partner will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and help expand the practice’s footprint in the region. The position offers client-facing responsibility, leadership of matter teams, and coordination with national practice leaders to develop new business.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology matters, with exposure to telecommunications and/or life sciences clients
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Bar admission in Texas (or willingness to obtain admission) and ability to be resident in the Dallas market
