- Portable book of business of EUR 500k+ (EUR)
- Currently an (equity) partner with several years' partner-level experience (roughly 3–10 years)
- Proven track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration (mix preferred; not solely arbitration)
- Strong client relationships and business development network in the Munich area
