Senior litigation partner role based in Munich for an established, international firm. The position focuses on commercial litigation with a strong element of arbitration; candidates should be comfortable handling both domestic and cross-border disputes.

This is a full-time equity partner role requiring an experienced rainmaker with an existing client network in the Munich market. Ideal sectors include finance/PE, banking and insurance, automotive and defence.

Portable book of business of EUR 500k+ (EUR)
Currently an (equity) partner with several years' partner-level experience (roughly 3–10 years)
Proven track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration (mix preferred; not solely arbitration)
Strong client relationships and business development network in the Munich area
