Lateral Partner — Litigation (Germany: Munich / Stuttgart / Berlin / Hamburg)

Leading international litigation firm seeks a senior trial partner to join its German disputes team. The role focuses on high-value commercial litigation and arbitration, including international arbitration matters, acting for corporate clients across industries.

The successful candidate will lead complex cases, manage and develop a team of litigators, and drive client origination and relationship growth across the German offices. This is a partner-level position with significant responsibility for shaping strategy and delivering courtroom and tribunal advocacy.

• Proven track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration at partner level
• Experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-border disputes
• Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and fluency in German and English
