Lateral Partner, Litigation — Munich

Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Munich office and strengthen cross-border dispute capabilities. The role focuses on managing complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters for corporate clients across Germany and the wider EMEA region.

The successful candidate will lead matters from intake through trial/arbitration, supervise and develop a local team, and coordinate closely with the firm’s international litigation and client teams. There is significant opportunity to originate and grow client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record as a litigation partner handling complex commercial disputes and arbitrations
• Admissions/qualification to practise in Germany and strong familiarity with German civil procedure
• Fluency in German and English; proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Experience with cross-border matters and working with international law firm teams
