Market-leading international law firm is recruiting a Lateral Partner to strengthen its Silicon Valley litigation and corporate capabilities. The role combines high-value commercial litigation with sophisticated corporate transaction work across technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and automotive sectors.

Search priorities favor established teams (rather than single hires) to immediately expand transactional bench strength and litigators capable of handling complex, big-ticket matters. The group works across key markets including Northern California, New York, Texas, London and Germany.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven senior partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions
• Track record advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors
• Preference for candidates who have moved at most 3–5 firms and can bring an anchor client
