Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Des Moines

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a busy civil litigation practice in Des Moines, with a strong focus on employment and labor matters. The role includes handling commercial litigation, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction claims.

The successful candidate will take ownership of an established litigation group, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with clients across regulated industries. This is an opportunity to grow a client roster and shape practice strategy in a collaborative regional office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and litigation experience in employment, professional liability or construction matters
• Demonstrated client-development and business-generation capabilities
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and work cross-functionally with other practice groups
• Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility to transfer
