Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Raleigh litigation team with a focus on employment, healthcare-related disputes and professional liability matters. The role blends courtroom advocacy with client counseling across commercial and regulatory disputes.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy, manage associate teams, and develop business in the region. This is an opportunity to join a multi-practice litigation group handling matters for private and institutional clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience, including employment and professional liability matters
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Admission to practice in North Carolina or ability to obtain admission
