Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (San Diego)

Senior litigation partner role for an established office seeking a lead lawyer to strengthen commercial litigation, labor & employment, and healthcare-related matters, with additional work across professional liability and construction disputes.

The role combines client-facing advocacy, case strategy and team management with responsibility for developing and expanding a regional practice. The successful candidate will handle complex trials and hearings, supervise associates, and collaborate across practice groups on multidisciplinary matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and commercial litigation experience, including employment and professional liability matters
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development skills
• Ability to lead teams, mentor associates, and manage high‑stakes matters
