Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Tucson

Seeking a partner to lead and expand litigation, intellectual property and corporate practices from the firm's Tucson office. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, developing client relationships across product‑liability, mass‑tort and IP litigation matters, and collaborating with colleagues in other U.S. offices.

The firm is targeting candidates with an established, portable practice who can drive originating business and work across technology, healthcare and commercial disputes. The position offers flexibility to structure compensation and collaboration with national practice groups.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level record of originating and managing complex litigation and IP matters
• Experience handling product liability, mass tort or large-scale personal injury litigation preferred
• Strong client development skills and ability to work collaboratively across offices
