Lateral Partner — Litigation (Montreal)

Leading international law firm is seeking a senior litigation partner to join its Montreal disputes team. The role will focus on construction and infrastructure litigation across public and private sector matters, leading cases and developing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a market-established litigator with proven leadership, who can integrate into an existing team and contribute to practice development. The role is open to a team move and requires careful conflict clearance prior to hire.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level litigation experience in construction and infrastructure disputes
• Established presence in the Montreal market and network for originations
• Strong leadership, business-development skills and ability to integrate into an existing team
