Lateral Partner — Litigation, Muscat

Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Muscat office and lead commercial dispute work across Oman and the region. The role will focus on high-value litigation and arbitration matters, managing complex commercial and cross-border disputes for corporate and institutional clients.

The partner will build and mentor a local team, maintain and grow client relationships, and work closely with regional colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. Strong business development capability and a track record of winning and managing fee-paying mandates are essential.

Senior candidates should be comfortable operating at senior partner billing levels (minimum around $300/hour) and able to represent clients across courts and arbitral forums.
