Partner, Litigation & Securities — New Jersey

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a litigation and securities practice with a strong focus on healthcare and life‑sciences clients, including digital health matters. The role combines complex securities litigation, white‑collar defense, and regulatory counseling in the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will join an established team, handle high‑stakes matters, cultivate client relationships, and help expand market presence in New Jersey and nationally. This is a practice‑building role with client development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner‑level experience in securities litigation and white‑collar matters, preferably with healthcare or life‑sciences clients
• Proven client origination and business development track record
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters
• Active bar admission in New Jersey (or willingness to obtain)
