Senior litigation partner role in the Bay Area focused on securities, complex commercial litigation and white‑collar matters. The team represents corporate and individual clients in high‑stakes regulatory, enforcement and civil securities disputes.

The firm is seeking a rainmaking trial lawyer to lead and grow the practice in Silicon Valley, work closely with cross‑office teams on national matters, and manage senior client relationships.

• Proven track record in securities litigation and white‑collar defense
• Experience leading trial and appellate matters and managing teams
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in the state
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
