Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Tri-Cities

Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a regional litigation practice with a particular focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role combines client-facing case leadership, courtroom advocacy and supervision of junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will handle complex contested matters, develop business from private and institutional clients, and work collaboratively across practice groups. This is an opportunity to join an established team and expand a litigation portfolio in the Tri‑Cities market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience with securities and white-collar matters
• Proven trial and motion practice; ability to lead cases to verdict and manage complex discovery
• Demonstrated business development skills and client relationship management
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
