Partner — Litigation & Employment (Tri-Cities)

Seeking a senior litigation partner to lead and grow a multi-practice disputes team in the Tri-Cities area. The role will focus on commercial litigation, labor & employment matters, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction litigation.

The partner will manage client relationships, supervise associates, handle trial and appellate work, and play an active role in business development and cross-practice collaboration. The position offers a platform to expand a robust regional practice while working with experienced litigation and regulatory teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and commercial litigation experience across employment, healthcare, professional liability or construction matters
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships and to lead a litigation team
• Licensed to practice in the relevant state(s) and able to meet court admission requirements
