Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, Tri-Cities

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice in the Tri-Cities region. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting employment-related disputes across state and federal courts and advising employers on workplace risk mitigation.

You'll manage complex litigation matters, supervise associates, and drive business development to expand the practice. The firm offers established national resources while allowing significant local autonomy to build a client roster.
