Leading national firm is seeking a first-chair trial lawyer to join its litigation team in Tallahassee. The role will focus on handling high-stakes civil litigation matters across state and federal courts, leading teams and developing local practice growth.

The position offers institutional resources and cross-office collaboration while expecting a partner who can operate autonomously, manage client relationships, and mentor junior litigators.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established first-chair trial record in civil litigation
• Active Florida bar admission (or ability to waive/obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant courts
