Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Established track record in patent litigation, ideally with life‑sciences and/or technology matters
Significant antitrust/competition litigation experience, particularly in matters tied to private equity transactions
Proven client development and practice leadership skills; ability to mentor and grow teams
Active bar admission and substantial trial or contested-hearing experience
