Lateral Partner – Finance & Banking, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust & Competition

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office, with a practice spanning Finance and Banking, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust and Competition.

The role is well suited to an established partner with a portable book of business and an interest in serving clients across private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy sectors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on capital markets, private equity, patent litigation, and antitrust matters, with a particular focus on patent litigation in the life sciences and technology industries, and on antitrust litigation tied to private equity.

This is an open compensation system with rates of $1,100.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Significant partner-level experience in Finance and Banking, Intellectual Property, or Antitrust and Competition
• Demonstrated expertise in capital markets, private equity, patent litigation, life sciences, technology, or antitrust litigation
