Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation team in San Francisco handling high-stakes patent litigation (life sciences and technology) and antitrust matters often connected to private equity and corporate transactions. The role will work closely with cross-practice teams on complex, bet-the-company disputes and strategic enforcement or defense work.

The position requires a seasoned trial lawyer who can develop and lead cases, mentor junior litigators, and collaborate with transactional and finance colleagues on matters with competition and IP overlap. The team serves clients across technology, life sciences, energy and private equity sectors.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in patent litigation, with significant life sciences and/or technology experience
• Demonstrated antitrust/competition litigation experience, particularly matters tied to private equity or transactions
• Proven trial and/or dispositive-motion experience and ability to lead teams and develop business
• Active bar admission in California (or willingness to qualify)
