Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Atlanta

Senior real estate partner role based in Atlanta, focused on commercial real estate and construction matters, with a secondary practice handling estate-planning work for owners/operators in the hospitality sector. The role combines transactional dirt-law and construction counseling with occasional succession-planning advice.

The team advises developers, owners, lenders and contractors on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and construction disputes. The hire will be expected to lead client relationships, originate work, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in commercial real estate and construction law, including development, leasing and construction contracts
• Experience advising owner/operators and familiarity with hospitality-related matters and succession/estate-planning issues preferred
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to supervise and develop associates
