Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Baltimore

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore real estate and construction team. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, construction matters and related litigation, with additional exposure to estate planning and hospitality-related matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead client relationships, work across transactional and dispute-side matters, and collaborate with colleagues on regional and national engagements. This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for business development and practice leadership.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law, including transactional and litigious matters
• Experience advising on hospitality-related transactions and succession/estate planning matters a plus
• Demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate client relationships
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
