Apply in confidence →Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore real estate and construction litigation team. The role focuses on counseling owners, developers, contractors and insurers on construction disputes, contract claims and related real estate litigation.
The successful candidate will take a senior role handling complex trial and arbitration matters, supervising associates, and working closely with the regional practice on business development and client relationship management.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Significant experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation at partner level
- Proven track record of leading trials or arbitrations and supervising junior lawyers
- Excellent client relationship and business development capabilities
