Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Boston

Leading law firm seeking a partner-level Real Estate and Construction lawyer to join its Boston office. The role will focus on advising on commercial real estate matters and construction-related matters across both transactional and contentious workstreams.

The partner will be expected to lead client engagements, grow and manage a team, and work closely with national practice colleagues to service regional and cross-border matters. Strong business development capability and an established client network in the Boston market are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
• Proven business development track record and client relationship management skills
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar or ability to qualify
