Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Boston

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced real estate partner to join its Boston office to lead and grow a busy Real Estate & Construction practice. The role will involve originating and managing complex commercial real estate and construction matters, advising owners, developers, lenders and contractors, and supervising junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will take a visible business-development role, deepen client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on regional and national deals and disputes. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and build a team in a full-service platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain) and strong litigation or transactional credentials as applicable
