Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Charlotte

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its real estate and construction practice from the Charlotte office. The role will handle complex commercial real estate transactions, construction contracting and dispute avoidance, and counsel clients across project development lifecycles.

The successful candidate will split time between originating work and managing a team of associates, positioning the practice for continued regional growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to expand a portable practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions and related counseling
• Proven origination track record and ability to develop new client relationships
• Experience supervising associates and driving practice growth
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
