Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Chicago

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a busy real estate and construction practice in the Chicago office of a national law firm. The role combines client relationship leadership, matter management, and origination across transactional and contentious construction and real estate matters.

Work will include advising developers, owners, and contractors on contract negotiation, project delivery, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and construction disputes. The position offers a platform to build a regional practice while collaborating with national teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including deal negotiation and dispute resolution
• Admissions and standing to practice in Illinois; ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
