Senior partner hire sought for the Chicago office to lead and grow a combined real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on high-value transactional and project work, counseling developers, owners, lenders and contractors across complex deals and developments.

The partner will take a leading role in originating and executing matters, mentoring associates, and collaborating with national practice teams. Strong business-development capability and an established market presence in Chicago are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including transactional and project-side work
• Track record of originating and cultivating client relationships and leading deal teams
• Admission to practice in Illinois or ability to obtain admission
