Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Chicago

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking an experienced partner to grow and lead its Real Estate and Construction practice in the Chicago office. The role combines client relationship management, business development and hands-on matter work across transactional and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will advise institutional and corporate real estate clients and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex projects. This is an opportunity to build a team, originate work, and influence practice strategy in a major market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on commercial real estate and construction matters
• Demonstrated business development and client origination skills
• Admission to practice in Illinois (or ability to obtain)
