An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in Dallas. The role will be client-facing, with responsibility for originating and managing complex real estate and construction matters across transactional and contentious workstreams.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team, mentor and develop junior lawyers, and work closely with practice leaders to expand regional market presence. The hiring team is open to candidates based nationwide.

Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
Significant experience advising on real estate and construction matters, including transactional and dispute-side work
Proven client development and relationship-management track record
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to become licensed
