Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Dallas

An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in Dallas. The role will be client-facing, with responsibility for originating and managing complex real estate and construction matters across transactional and contentious workstreams.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team, mentor and develop junior lawyers, and work closely with practice leaders to expand regional market presence. The hiring team is open to candidates based nationwide.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Significant experience advising on real estate and construction matters, including transactional and dispute-side work
• Proven client development and relationship-management track record
• Licensed to practice in Texas or able to become licensed
