Partner, Employment & Labor — Baltimore

Established national firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor practice in the Baltimore office. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in a broad range of litigation and counseling matters, and will involve both courtroom work and preventive employment counseling.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team and be expected to drive business development, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice strategy. This is a visible, client-facing role with significant opportunity to expand regional market share.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in employment litigation and counseling, including trial or arbitration experience
• Strong client-development skills and existing employer-side relationships
• Bar admission in Maryland (or ability to obtain) and significant partner-level experience
