Lateral Partner  Real Estate, Construction & Litigation  Fargo

Senior partner role to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction litigation team in the firm's Fargo office. The position combines hands-on case work with practice development, handling disputes across commercial real estate, construction defect, contract and related commercial litigation matters.

The role suits an experienced partner who will manage a mixed caseload, supervise junior lawyers, and work directly with regional clients and outside counsel. There is a strong emphasis on building local market presence and expanding client relationships across the region.

• Significant trial and commercial litigation experience in real estate and construction disputes
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop associates
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
