Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Louisville

An established national firm is seeking a partner to build and lead the real estate and construction litigation practice in its Louisville office. The role focuses on handling complex commercial and construction disputes across state courts and arbitration, managing significant client matters, and developing regional client relationships.

The partner will lead case strategy, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on discovery, trials, and dispute resolution. The position offers opportunity to grow a book of business and take a senior leadership role in the office.

• Proven partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Strong trial and arbitration record with demonstrated case management and team leadership
