Senior partner role to lead and expand a Real Estate and Construction practice in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm. The role combines construction-focused litigation with transactional real estate matters, advising owners, developers, contractors and insurers on complex disputes and risk management.

Responsibilities include managing a team of lawyers, supervising client engagements, driving business development and coordinating cross-office resources on multi-jurisdictional matters. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strong client relationships and grow a book of business.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and related real estate matters
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal/dispute teams
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar or ability to become admitted
