Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on advising owners, developers, lenders and contractors on complex commercial real estate and construction matters across transactional and contentious workstreams.

The successful candidate will join an established team and help grow a full-service offering in the market, working on high-value commercial projects and cross-practice engagements. This is an opportunity to take on client development responsibilities while contributing to team leadership and strategy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
• Proven client development record and established client relationships in the Los Angeles market
• Licensed to practice in California or able to obtain admission
