A national law firm is seeking a senior real estate partner to lead and grow its Real Estate & Construction practice from the Palo Alto office. The role will focus on delivering sophisticated real estate and construction services for regional and national clients, including transaction work and construction-related counseling and disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and manage client relationships, supervise deal teams, and work closely with cross-practice groups. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice in Silicon Valley with a mix of transactional and contentious matters.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, with a track record of leading transactions and/or construction disputes
Established client development ability and a network in the Silicon Valley / Bay Area market
Bar admission in California (or willingness to obtain) and experience supervising teams
